As an executive coach and trainer Sabina specializes in leadership and emotional competence development through coaching of the members of senior management teams of international and Russian companies. Sabina is an expert in leadership, partnership, motivation and emotional competence. That allows her clients to boost their existing expertise to be inspiring leaders, to be able to effectively resolve situations involving conflict of interests as well as to apply systemic approach to motivation and strategic planning for their own personal development as well as for their employees. As a coach Sabina is absolutely sure that each and every person has all necessary resources for personal and professional growth if he/she has an attractive personal goal and all necessary attention, challenge and support on the way to it. Prior to becoming an executive coach Sabina had 12 years of professional experience in business administration and project management. She started her career in business administration at Kvaerner H&G Offshore Ltd, then joined Emirates Airlines and Lufthansa City Center. In 2005 Sabina moved into T&D department where she worked as business coach for LCC employees and subsequently started her career as independent coach. Her business experience allows her to communicate with executive coaching clients in the most efficient way. Within last 10 years Sabina coached business owners, executives, corporate senior managers of Russian and international companies from investment banking, corporate tourism, telecommunication, production and distribution, pharmaceuticals, education and retail. Among her clients are representatives of various nationalities and regions. Besides her individual practice, Sabina is a Co-Founder of Ancora Imparo company and focuses as trainer and coach on straight and effective communication, emotional intelligence and motivation in business and personal partnerships.
