Cesar Ulloa

Cesar brings over 15 years of international experience in the diagnosis, design, implementation and improvement of processes and organizations, as well as in change management oriented to guarantee both: customer satisfaction and the improvement of business results. He worked as independent change consultant as well as Head of Change management and PMO, Process improvement manager, Business process designer for international companies from telecoms, insurance, consulting, banking and manufacture across variety of geographies like Switzerland, UK, Ireland, Spain and Chile. His approach to analysing practices, conversations and the network of commitments, taking account of the surrounding environment in a team, allows customers to achieve their goals and maximize the benefits from the consulting. Cesar completed Executive MSc “Consulting and Coaching for Change” at Oxford Said Business school and HEC in France. He is qualified as Industrial Engineer, holding a degree of Bachelor of Engineering Science from University of Chile. With variety of interests, in particular, in science and physics, Cesar is also a TEDx event’s organizer, his experience has served as an instrument to improve collaboration and engagement within the companies. Cesar speaks fluent English, Spanish (mother tongue) and has some knowledge of German.
