Renat brings more than 10 years of strategy consulting experience for large multinational companies with Monitor Group and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He started his career in FMCG sales where he grew from a sales representative to the Chief Commercial Officer with one of the largest Russian confectionary goods manufacturer. After completion his MBA studies he focused on strategy consulting and transformation of clients in telecommunications, financial services, FMCG and retail. As a strategy consultant Renat has advised CEOs of large companies on wide range of topics, including growth strategies, market entry strategies, restructuring, M&A targets definition, commercial and operational due diligences. Among his success stories is transformation of an inefficient telecommunication player into one if the most profitable companies in the industry with consulting support from strategy definition to strategy implementation. Renat has an MBA degree from the University of Michigan with emphasis on Strategy and Finance.
