Mikhail is an executive coach and organizational consultant, and a recognized opinion leader in business/corporate coaching industry. His experience includes positions of a Partner in a Swiss-Russian JV, Director for consulting of a training company, Academic Director of Learning Center for Social Projects, and serving on Board in an international NGO. Currently he is an Independent Director in two Corporate Boards. MA in physics, PhD and post-PhD degrees in education, has done post-graduate programs in strategic management and corporate governance in Schulich School of Business at York University (Toronto, Canada), certified programs in coaching at Nova Terra Coach Training And Corporate Development, the Wisloch Institute for Systemic Solutions / European Psychotherapeutic Association, and has had further training and experience as an executive coach at the Centre for Creative Leadership.
